Returns & Refunds
If you need to make a return, please contact us to obtain the appropriate return information. You must contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, before beginning the return process. All returns must be received back at our facilities within 30 days of purchase. No returns can be accepted after this time. If your order is believed to be defective upon delivery please contact us, and we will make accommodations for a return or exchange. **Brand New, factory-sealed items cannot be returned unless they are in the same condition as when received. If they are returned in a condition other than new, a restocking fee will apply. ***Vintage games/collectibles which are sold in new and sealed condition are not eligible for return once they have been opened. eBay return policy: #1) Seller pays return shipping in these circumstances: -Item doesn't work. -Item is broken. -Item crushed or broke in transit. -Faulty item. -Wrong item was shipped. #2) Buyer pays return shipping in these circumstances -Buyer Remorse. -Incorrect item purchased. -Ordered wrong color, size, product, etc... -Don't like the product. *If you do not accept the terms of our return policy, please do not purchase from us.
